What’s my secret? How did I get from there 👉🏻 to here?
I do NOT count calories or weigh my food. No to the no. I tried all that and it didn’t work for ME. Just because one thing doesn’t work, doesn’t mean that nothing will. Don’t ever give up!
I am NOT on a diet. I eat a balanced, portioned array of foods every single day. In fact, I am eating all the time😂
I am NOT going to the gym for hours everyday. The trainers I have access to are available 24/7 Wherever I am. I DO workout 30 minutes per day.
I do NOT drink a protein shake😱 I fuel my body with dense nutrients that today’s food just can’t provide.
For 954 days straight I HAVE put ME first. I AM finally working on the things that were preventing me from staying consistent in any kind of wellness routine. I DON’T make excuses anymore. I DO help women and their families lead healthier lives☀️ I AM happy with who I am becoming.
