Pumpkin Oat Protein Pankcakes are the bomb. I really struggled with eating a meal so early. I usually ate nothing before I worked out. Now I was feeling completely bloated! I needed some new ideas. Hi Gina! I need to clarify my recipe. I use roasted pumpkin equal to the green container, then purée it. Autumn explained the quantity issue in this video. Using chunks to measure is a green. Thanks!!
