Pumpkin Oat Protein Pankcakes are the bomb.  I really struggled with eating a meal so early.  I usually ate nothing before I worked out.  Now I was feeling completely bloated!  I needed some new ideas.  After I whipped these up, I was in love.  I make a few batches at a time and pop them into the fridge.  They are so simple!
